How to use this figure
The wheel reads outwards: the gap at the centre, then the challenges it creates, the three objectives, the seven work packages, the nine KPIs, the call outcomes, and the long-term impact.
Hover a segment to preview its connections; click it to lock the trace and open the detail.
Everything the segment connects to lights up across the rings — click an objective and its work packages, KPIs, outcomes and impacts stay lit while the rest dims.
The timeline inset at the bottom left follows your selection. Click it, or the Timeline button, to open the full Gantt, where each work package expands into its tasks with months and dates, and diamonds open the deliverables.
SO1 / SO2 / SO3 isolate one objective across the whole wheel. Esc closes, 0 resets.
